Q: Where does Owlissimo ship to? What are the shipping time and rates?
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown in many cities, delivery destinations and timings have been affected. The parcels now take longer than stated below to reach you, and some places under lockdown cannot be reached. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, you’ll get a full refund. We just want you to be happy parents and customers.

Q: I stay at a remote area. Are you able to send to me?
We’ll try out best so that your child can access quality learning materials too!
FedEx Express is able to send to many international remote areas, at an added fee of SGD52 per parcel.
Upon receiving your order, we’ll check if the delivery is possible and send you a separate invoice for the fee or a full refund, totally up to you.
Q: Why was my order cancelled and refunded?
We truly hope you can have your selected learning material. However, sometimes it may be out of stock, or our fulfilment partners are unable to deliver it to your location. So we’ll promptly give you a full refund so that you can choose another item instead.
Q: Can my parcel be sent to a P.O. Box address?
To ensure that your learning materials reach you safely, please use a mailing address where you or someone can receive the parcel.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Ensuring that your package reaches you so that you can start using them is among our top priority.
