Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A: All physical and downloadable products sold are not refundable. In the event that the item received is defective, please contact us via email here within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the situation and provide a refund, partial refund or replacement, whichever is appropriate.


Q: What delivery method do you use?

A: Physical items will be sent out via local courier or air freight, whichever is applicable. Local delivery usually reaches within 1 week of payment, if the item is in stock. Air freight may take 1 to 2 weeks plus customs clearance. For overseas delivery, you will need to clear all related customs taxes and administrative fees.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A: We understand that unforeseen personal circumstances may occur, affecting your ability to attend the workshop.

All cancellations or changes must be requested by email here.

If you’re unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another nominated person.

Cancellations up to 30 days before the workshop:

  • Refund of workshop fees less SGD20 administrative fee

Cancellations up to 14 days before the workshop:

  • Refund of 50% of workshop fees

Cancellations within 14 days before the workshop:

  • No refund

Veezian Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make any changes to the workshop.

In the event that the workshop needs to be cancelled (for instance, due to minimum number of participants not reached, venue reasons or the facilitator is unwell), then a full refund of the fees will be made or an alternative date arranged. Veezian Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for any cost other than the workshop fees.
