Coaching is a process that helps you become a better version of yourself and realise your limitless potential.
Any topic important to you can be discussed during a coaching session. Here are some examples:

Sometimes, to achieve your career goals, you may need to manage your relationships and health first.
Anything important to you can be brought up as a topic during the coaching session.
You’ll be guided to take a deep dive into what you would like to achieve from the session.
Then you’ll be guided to discover solutions that are aligned with your values and have a higher chance of being implemented successfully by you.
If you and your coach are a good fit, then you can discuss a longer-term coaching arrangement.
The coaching session is conducted over a video call so that you can be wherever you’re most comfortable.
Each session is between 45 and 60 minutes.
About Your Coach – Henry Teoh
Henry Teoh is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of a listed company in Malaysia and is actively involved in corporate planning, finance and general management.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Master of Science (Management) from Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (“FCMA”), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (“CGMA”) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
With almost 20 years of professional and leadership experience, Henry is also a Certified Improvement & Development Coach who is passionate about coaching executives to reach their limitless potential in career and life.

FAQs
1. How many coaching sessions do I need?
There is no fixed answer. For a goal that needs more inner work, you may need several sessions.
Some coachees may also discover their solution in one session.
2. How frequently should the coaching sessions be?
For someone new to coaching, you may consider a follow-up session after 2 weeks.
After some time, you may consider a follow-up after 1 month or only when needed.
Coachees who discover their solution in one session need not arrange a follow-up until another topic arises.
3. How do we communicate after booking a slot?
Upon your payment and booking, you’ll be contacted to install the Telegram app. We can then communicate via Telegram chat, which is exclusive to our paid clients.
4. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We totally understand that unforeseen personal circumstances may occur, such that you are unable to attend the booked session.
All cancellations or changes must be requested by email or Telegram chat.
- For cancellation at least 7 days before the meeting, you may choose to get a full refund or get 1 replacement
- For cancellation at least 24 hours before the meeting, you’ll get 1 replacement
- For cancellation within 24 hours of meeting, no replacement will be provided (except for medical emergency). Please book a new session.
In the event that the session needs to be cancelled or postponed (for instance, due to technical reasons, or the coach being unwell), you may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement.
